At Chillerz our staff are often asked 'What do you use hot packs for?' So, for those of you who've never used a hotpack, a wheatbag or a heat pack we've put together a few 'choice' uses listed below. Remember your Chillerz sheets not only keep goods chilled & fresh for days, its great used HOT too. With your sheet hydrated simply place your Chillerz into a microwave for 2-3 minutes on full power. Once heated you can then use and reuse your sheets either cold or hot again and again many times over. Chillerz Hot Uses. Used hot your Chillerz sheets are great for many varied hot or warm applications such as: - Keeping hot foods hot. - Soothing heat relief for backs, shoulders, necks, legs, knees, ankles, wrists. - Keeping prepared food warm in a kitchen or for parties, BBQ's or outdoor   events. - Muscle injuries that require heat therapy. - Giving soothing relief to period aches & pains. - Warming babies bottles. - Used inside a cooler to keep foods hot for long periods of time. - As a replacement for a hot water bottle. - Warming up red wine to the 'perfect' room temperature. - Equine uses for horse injuries and pre-event muscular warming. - Great for keeping mulled wine warm for seasonal drinks. Keeping Food & Drink Items Hot. When using the sheet warm inside a cooler remember that warm air rises and cold air falls, so place your sheets underneath hot plates, hot food or wrap it around the food or drink items you wish to keep warm for best results. Soothing Heat Therapy If you're using your sheet for soothing heat relief, check the temperature of the sheet before placing directly on your body, you may want to place a thin towel or wrap between your body.
